Every Crevoworks manuscript is engraved to order, so please allow a short crafting window before your order is dispatched.
Processing Time
Orders are crafted and quality-checked before dispatch. Standard processing takes 5 to 7 business days from the date payment is confirmed. During festival periods or for bulk orders this may take longer, and we will tell you if that applies to your order.
Delivery Time
Once dispatched, delivery typically takes 3 to 7 business days depending on your location. Metro cities are usually at the faster end of that range, and remote pin codes at the slower end.
Shipping Charges
Shipping charges, where applicable, are shown at checkout before you pay. Any charge depends on the delivery pin code and the weight of the order.
Where We Ship
We currently ship across India. For international enquiries, please write to us before ordering and we will confirm whether we can deliver to your country.
Tracking Your Order
You will receive a dispatch confirmation by email with tracking details once your manuscript leaves us. If you have not received tracking within the processing window above, please contact us.
Packaging
Manuscripts are packed protectively for transit, as palm leaf is a natural material that needs care in handling.
Damaged or Delayed Shipments
If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs of the item and packaging and we will arrange a replacement or refund. If a shipment is significantly delayed in transit, contact us and we will follow it up with the courier.
Incorrect Address
Please check your delivery address carefully at checkout. We are not able to redirect a shipment once dispatched, and re-delivery to a corrected address may incur an additional charge.
