About Crevoworks
Crevoworks sells handmade palm leaf manuscripts and related devotional and gifting articles. Every item is handcrafted to order in India.
Products and Descriptions
Because each manuscript is engraved by hand on a natural material, small variations in grain, tone and finish are inherent to the craft and are not defects. We describe our products as accurately as we can, but colours may appear slightly different on different screens.
Orders and Acceptance
Your order is an offer to purchase. We confirm acceptance by email once payment is received. We may decline or cancel an order if the item is unavailable, if there is an error in the listed price or description, or if we suspect fraudulent activity. In such cases any amount paid is refunded in full.
Pricing and Payment
All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Payments are processed securely through Razorpay, which supports UPI, credit and debit cards, net banking and wallets. Crevoworks does not store your card or banking details.
Made to Order
Items are produced only after an order is placed and paid for. Production timelines are set out in our Shipping Policy.
Shipping, Returns and Refunds
Delivery timelines are set out in our Shipping Policy. Cancellation, return and refund rights are set out in our Refund and Returns Policy. Both form part of these terms.
Intellectual Property
All content on this site, including text, photographs, designs and the Crevoworks name and logo, belongs to Crevoworks and may not be reproduced without written permission. Devotional texts themselves are traditional works in the public domain.
Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of India shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
