Every Crevoworks manuscript is handmade to order on genuine palm leaf. Because each piece is made specifically for you after you order it, our return policy works a little differently from off-the-shelf products.
Made-to-Order Items
Since manuscripts are custom-made after you place your order, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds simply for change of mind once engraving has begun.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your manuscript arrives damaged in transit or has a genuine manufacturing defect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or a full refund at no extra cost to you.
Wrong Item or Language Received
If we make an error and send the wrong language edition or product, let us know within 48 hours of delivery and we will correct it at no additional cost.
Refunds
Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method via Razorpay, typically within 5-7 business days.
